The mistake of many is the desire to lose weight as quickly as possible, with the help of the most stringent means. It is clear that the result, as a rule, temporary, because to sit on a diet or torture yourself with physical exercises on the brink of opportunities cannot belong.
Try to do otherwise: make simple elements of a healthy lifestyle with your daily habits for life. This does not even take much time. Slightly less sweet than usual. Then a little less, but most importantly – no self-torture. A little more exercise: half an hour of walking a day or at least a partial refusal of the lift. Instead of fried in oil – baked in the oven. Instead of chips – sliced apples or carrots.
All these small concessions will quickly become a habit and become invisible, but day after day they will support your health. Excess weight will not go away immediately, about a year, but will not return.
